The Z85 capsule filling machine has a maximum capacity of 85,000 capsules per hour and can be installed with three metering stations, so that different kinds of drugs can be filled in the same capsule.
The machine has flexible and diverse mixed filling modes, which can realize the mixed filling of three kinds of materials. In addition to meeting the standard measurement combination, special mixed filling modes can also be developed according to the requirements of users.

• Pellet Filling
Use Vacuum suction principle, filling precision is high, to the most extent to less the damage to the pellet coating layer.
• Liquid Filling
In position detection function for capsule cap and body, if missing not fill. Heating device is controlled & adjusted by PID.
• Combined Filling
Combined mix filling of powder, granules, pellet, tablets, liquid, and soft capsules.
