Pouch Cosmetic Inspection System

It is ideally designed to inspect the cosmetic quality of each pouch. Pouches are loaded to Magazine manually or automatically, they come to Conveyor one by one and are sucked by vacuum to be transported to # 1 and # 2 Inspection Station, where high pixel camera take a series of images for the opposite side of pouch. The acquired images are then analyzed by high speed processor and then sort good products and defective products.

• High pixel cameras are adopted for each product to get an accurate inspection.
• Rejection System is controlled by SMC pneumatic components for quick rejection.
• Compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, GMP and US FDA regulations.
• The data are saved on time and ready for future trace.

Ideally designed visual inspection machine and suitable to detect any cosmetic quality of each pouch such as dirt, batch no. improperly printing, cutting error, etc.
