Automatic Vision Inspection System

The products are loaded into Hopper manually or automatically and then are filled into pockets of an Upper Inspection Roller, where the products are sucked by vacuum. When the products come to the first inspection station, the top surface of the products was taken a series of imaged.
The products are then transferred to the Lower Inspection Roller and then sucked by vacuum. The other surface of each products will be detected by other five cameras. The acquired images are then analysized and then sorted to good products or defective products and then exit to related collection bin.
