Automatic Vision Inspection System for Hard Capsule

The capsules are loaded into Hopper manually or automatically and then infeeded to eight lanes, where capsules are rotated by 360°. During their rotation, 6 no. color cameras will take a series of images. The acquired images are then analysized by high speed processor and then sorted to good products or defective products and then exit to related collection bins.
