OMNIdrop System is an all-in-one droplet microfluidic analysis system that integrates a variety of droplet manipulation technologies and aims to fulfill methodology development needs in a wide range of basic life science research by using microdroplet technology. Workflow
· Sample preparation
Prepare biological samples to be experimented or analyzed, such as cells, microbial suspensions, DNA/RNA samples and corresponding kit products. Pre-treat the samples according to the experimental requirements, such as cell counting, dilution, etc.
· Chip selection
Digital PCR reading chip
One million reaction detection micro units per run, more advantageous in the direction of trace copy number detection and ultra-low-frequency mutation detection, higher precision and accuracy of detection, with higher dynamic detection range.
Droplet generation chip
100-5,000 droplet/s, 10 min can complete millions of single cells, microbes or molecules droplet encapsulation.
Droplet generation chip
Capable of treating hundreds of thousands of cells in a single experiment, compatible with all major brands of single-cell library reagent kits on the market.
Droplet sorting chip
The sorting speed is as high as 200-1,000 droplets, which can accurately sort the target droplets with the content of one ten-thousandth, and the purity of sorting is greater than or equal to 95 %.
