CytoSpark™ CSP High-throughput Screening System is based on droplet microfluidics technology that enables the encapsulation, detection and screening of millions of cells in a single run. It exceeds the traditional screening throughput and provides more possibilities for screening more functional cells. In the field of antibody development, CytoSparkTM CSP High-throughput Screening System can accurately and efficiently screen millions of single B-cells in 1-2 days, providing a faster and more efficient solution for antibody development and accelerating the antibody drug development cycle.

Workflow:
· Single-cell microdroplet encapsulation
Rapidly and non-invasively encapsulate millions of plasma B-cells into single-cell microdroplets with no damage to the cells.
· Antibody secretion
Incubate the encapsulated droplet cells at 37°C for 0.5~1 h. Incubation conditions of the droplets can be flexibly set. During incubation, individual B cells release antibodies within the microdroplet, which bind specifically to the detection reagents and produce fluorescent signals required for sorting.
· Droplet Fusion (optional)
The samples and reagents were prepared into pL-grade water-in-oil droplets and and paired one-to-one with the introduced droplets in the microfluidic pipeline. The paired droplets were fused into one by the action of electrical perturbation.
· Droplet sorting
Based on fluorescence activation technology and dielectrophoresis, realizing high-throughput non-damaging and efficient sorting of microdroplets in a microfluidic chip.
· Droplet distribution
Enables the collection of individual target microdroplets into the corresponding well plate, flexibly adapting to 96/384 well plates.
