CPB Series Adherent Bioreactor

The CPB single-use bioreactor is based on the working principle of the CUR single-use bioreactor with the addition of a perfusion module. The CUR system is defined as a Culture transfer module, which is used in conjunction with the perfusion module in a new external recirculation flake carrier perfusion culture process.The mixing /mass transfer module provides Growth environment transfer for the cells. The system allows for in-line control of parameters such as pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen and circulation rate to make the microenvironment suitable for cell growth. The cell culture module provides a highdensity cell culture with the cells adsorbed to the flake carrier, which is fixed in the culture bag.
