CHIRALPAK® AGP is the chiral column with the surface of the silica gel bonded to α1-acid glycoprotein. The CHIRALPAK® AGP selector has extremely broad applicability for the separation of a wide variety of chiral compounds such as amines, acids and nonprotolytes.
Range of application:
• Amine compounds (primary amines, secondary amines, tertiary amines, quaternary amines)
• Acidic compounds (strong acidic compounds, weak acidic compounds)
• Aprotic compounds (amides, esters, alcohols, sulfoxides, etc.)
