Cellobiohydrolase immobilized to silica gel
CHIRALPAK® CBH is the chiral column with with the surface of the silica gel bonded to cellobiohydrolase. It is suitable for reversed phase system and has good chiral selectivity for alkaline compounds. It can be applied for primary and secondary amines containing benzene ring structure. If the molecular structure contains hydrogen bonding groups, such as carbonyl, alcohol hydroxyl, amide, sulfoxide and other groups, this will lead to better enantiomer selectivity.
Range of application: primary and secondary amines aprotic compounds (amides, esters, alcohols, sulfoxides, etc.)
