Human serum albumin immobilized to silica gel
CHIRALPAK® HSA is the chiral column with the surface of the silica gel bonded to human serum albumin. It is suitable for reversed phase system and has good chiral selectivity for compounds with carboxyl structure.
Range of application:
• Acidic compounds (strong acidic compounds, weak acidic compounds)
• Zwitterionic compounds
• Aprotic compounds (amides, esters, alcohols, sulfoxides, etc.)
