New Cell Line Mode and PBMC Mode are added for more convenient operation, while the traditional Legacy Mode is retained, allowing users to freely customize electroporation parameters according to their experimental needs to achieve optimized transfection results.
The new modes are optimized to improve cell viability and transfection efficiency for large-plasmid electroporation.
Brand-new sealed, pressurized electroporation cuvette design: a uniform electric field is maintained from the cap to the bottom of the cuvette. It withstands gas pressure generated during electroporation and compresses bubbles at the moment of pulse delivery, ensuring a stable and uniform electric field.
Suitable for primary cells, including T cells, B cells, neuronal cells, and others. Plasmid electroporation efficiency in primary cells reaches 50–80%, while gene-editing electroporation using mRNA or Cas9 protein can achieve efficiencies of over 90%.
Easy pulse parameter setup with rapid internal circuit response. Once parameters are configured, electroporation can be initiated immediately and completed in an instant.
