Brand-new sealed, pressurized electroporation cuvette design: a uniform electric field is maintained from the cap to the bottom of the cuvette. It withstands gas pressure generated during electroporation and compresses bubbles at the moment of pulse delivery, ensuring a stable and uniform electric field.
An optional cell fusion program is available, enabling high-efficiency fusion of cells from an entire mouse spleen in a single run.
Easy pulse parameter setup with rapid internal circuit response. Once parameters are configured, electroporation can be initiated immediately and completed in an instant.

For 10 ml tubes, 1-2×10E9 CHO cells each tube.
