Brand-new sealed, pressurized electroporation cuvette design: a uniform electric field is maintained from the cap to the bottom of the cuvette. It withstands gas pressure generated during electroporation and compresses bubbles at the moment of pulse delivery, ensuring a stable and uniform electric field.
Arc-free operation eliminates the need for external arc-detection or arc-suppression devices. It tolerates high plasmid concentrations in the electroporation buffer and is not sensitive to small amounts of salt.
Easy pulse parameter setup with rapid internal circuit response. Once parameters are configured, electroporation can be initiated immediately and completed in an instant.
