BioHub® SP single-use sampling bags are designed for product sampling in cell culture and other processing. This product is an irradiated clean product, which can be used aseptically, thereby reducing the risk of residual contamination and ensuring the process.

In the biopharmaceutical process, whether it is cell culture, separation and purification or final product filling, process sampling is a necessary and very critical important step. Samples collected through the BioHub® SP series are used to determine key purity attributes such as sterility, endotoxin levels, bioburden, and important parameters such as metabolites, nutrient levels, pH, and osmolarity during cultivation. The BioHub® Disposable Needle Prick Sampling Bag is a pre-assembled single-use sampling solution.

Features

• Sampling bag volumes ranging from 50mL to 1L
• 2mm needle, covering the sampling requirements of different types of liquids in the entire biopharmaceutical process
• The material-liquid contact layer of the sampling bag is ULDPE, which meets the requirements of biopharmaceuticals
• High transparency and good compatibility
• The needle and the pipeline are integrally injection molded to ensure excellent airtightness and aseptic safety
• Verification documents are sufficient to ensure safe use
• The bag can be used at -80°C to 60°C
• Withstand pressure: 0.5bar for single needle single bag product, 0.3bar for single needle 5 bag product
