WH-SC-01 Spin Coater

WH-SC-01 Spin Coater is designed for use in semiconductor technology, photolithography, surface coating processes, as well as in scientific research and educational institutions. It is suitable for applications in scientific research, teaching, and experimentation.

The Spin Coater features rapid startup and stable rotational speed to ensure consistency and uniformity in film thickness. It is equipped with a full touchscreen control interface and supports three-speed settings.

Upon activation, the system begins with a low-speed spin, followed by a switch to high-speed rotation to effectively remove excess solution. Both the spin speed and duration are fully adjustable. The device allows controllable start/stop functions and real-time monitoring of speed and other parameters.

For safety, the instrument is equipped with a "safety switch" mechanism. During high-speed operation, the lid must be closed to activate the safety switch, preventing the lid from being opened while the unit is in motion. This feature provides essential protection for the user.
