This product has some advantages as following, stability speed and speedy start. It can ensure semiconductor materials to consistency and uniformity in the coating thickness and uniformity. This product usually used in conjunction with oil-void air compressor. At present, there is the model KW-4A and KW-5 type.

Features

· High-frequency speed regulation, stability performance better, speed of adjustment displayed by the figures.
· It's very stable when the speed at 500 ~ 8000 r/min range.
· Dual speed. At startup, the first low-speed operation, so that glue spread, and then automatically change to the high-speed operation. Speed and the corresponding two separately adjustable time, the time control at 1 ~ 18 seconds and 3 seconds ~ 1 minute.
· With timing function.
· Use photoelectric to measure the speed. It generated photoelectric pulse, and the crystal frequency measured the high precision speed.
· Use solenoid valve to control "attract the sample", so a oil-void air compressor can take several spin-coaters at the same time, fit assembly line process, improve efficiency
