The VPS-100 Series defines the next generation of vertical capsule polishing for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers. Designed for continuous, high-volume operation, it provides efficient polishing, dedusting, and upward conveying of capsules directly from the encapsulator.

How it Works:
Capsules are gently conveyed upward through a rotating brush system while dust is removed through a segmented vacuum channel. The vertical motion not only polishes and cleans the capsules but also elevates them, allowing seamless connection to metal detectors, empty capsule sorters, or diverter switches without loss of throughput.

By gaining height during the polishing process, the VPS-100 simplifies system integration and allows for larger downstream collection bins or direct inline transfer to subsequent quality inspection and packaging stages — all while maintaining a compact footprint.
