The full metal capsule filler line provides an all-in-one manual solution designed for reliability and ease of use. Each kit includes the capsule filler, capsule loader, powder stop, tamper, powder spreader, and cleaning brush.

Operation is straightforward: orient and load capsules with the capsule loader, separate shells using the fast-lock lever system on the filler, then use the powder stop, tamper, and spreader to reach the desired fill weight. After use, the included brush simplifies cleaning.

All contact materials are FDA-compliant with proper finishing. The all‑metal construction is built for longevity, with tight tolerances that support smooth filling and repeatable results.

· Fill 100, 120, 200, 300 or 400 capsules
· Approximately 10 batches/hr or 4000 capsules/hr with 400 count machine
