SU series single-use ultrasonic flow sensor/flowmeter is based on the principle of ultrasonic time-difference method. The sensor measurement path is separated from the circuit system.
The measuring passage is a disposable device made of biocompatible materials, which can be integrated with the user's pipeline to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the liquid. It is especially suitable for applications with high requirements for hygiene and cleanliness, such as liquid flow monitoring in the production processes of biopharmaceuticals and medical devices. The circuit system part can be reused and features high accuracy and good repeatability. The ultrasonic flow sensor/flow meter can be connected to plastic tubing via a bayonet connector to accurately measure the liquid flow velocity inside the tube, with an accuracy of up to ±2%. It can also detect bubbles and large particle impurities in the liquid.
