The TGS series inline ultrasonic flow sensor/flow meter adopts an integrated design, with a built-in display screen and circuit, allowing for direct flow measurement and intuitive monitoring of data.
The sensor/flow meter can be integrated into the customer's existing fluid system through international standard pipe fittings, with an accuracy of up to ±2%. It features high precision, sensitivity, and reliability.
The internal structure of the sensor/flow meter consists of a straight-through pipeline with no moving parts or dead corners, making it resistant to wear and scaling, easy to clean, and with minimal pressure loss.
Unlike clamp-on sensors/flow meters, the calibration of inline sensors/flow meters is not dependent on the material and dimensional accuracy of the existing pipeline, enabling measurement to start immediately upon integration into the system. They are widely used in industries such as food and beverage, filling and spraying, scientific experimental flow paths, and industrial automation systems.
