Single-use Filling System

The Single-use Filling System is a pre-sterilized sterile filling consumable consisting of a sterile single-use connector,
single-use filling bag, filling lines and single-use filling needles.

• Provide full specification stainless steel filling needle, single-use PEEK filling needle, can also be customized filling needle size, flexible to adapt to different brands of filling machines and the use of liquid medicine working conditions;
• Designed to minimize the use of adapters in the filling line, the design reduces the number of reducers between the bag and the pump tube, and between the pump tube and the needle, resulting in less residue and improved filling accuracy;
• Single-use ready-to-use RTP valve ports are available to enable rapid transfer of parts inside and outside the isolator;
• Well-designed dispensing piping to ensure filling accuracy;
• Class C+A environment for production and assembly, higher cleanliness;
• Bag volume can be customized (2L-10L).
