The Stainless steel filling needle consists of a 316L material lumen and a barbed interface that can be connected to a silicone tube.The length of the lumen is 100mm. The stainless steel nitrogen-filled filling needle is assembled from a stainless steel inner needle equipped with a sealing ring and a nitrogen-filled needle.

• It can be used directly as a single-use or can be repeatedly cleaned and sterilized;
• The inner surface of the syringe is smooth and clean, without seams, and the finish is ≤ Ra0.4;
• Meets the requirements of insoluble particles and endotoxin tests without the need for pre-rinsing and drying;
• It can be sterilized by gamma irradiation, high temperature steam sterilization, and can be used at any time after sterilization;
• Straight filling needles allow high-speed filling control from bottom to top;
• The diameter of the tube lumen does not form liquid droplets, precise volume filling.
