The lyophilizer exclusively for organic solvent is equipped with powerful freezing cycle that can freeze and collect the organic solvent.
The function of FSD (Flask Sublimation Device Pack) pack is to induce the waste heat generated from the compressor and to enhance the lyophilization speed by accelerating the sublimation. It can be turned on/off by the user’s needs.
Features
• Chemical-free lyophilizer can collect the organic solvent with freezing point of -115°C to -95°C such as ethanol, methanol, acetone, nucleic acid, iso-octane, etc. easily with the cold trap having powerful cooling force under -120°C.

• In case of freeze drying sample containing organic solvent of which freezing point is under -100°C user should equip expensive cryogenic freezer separately or should use liquid nitrogen for pre-freezing that has given the user difficulties due to not only its cost but inconvenience especially danger and sample contamination possibilities of liquid nitrogen. In addition, in case of the general -86°C class freezer, the user suffers difficulty because the sample does not freeze properly or the experiment often fails because the sample is melted on the way to move it to the drying chamber.
Since this model can freeze at the temperature under -120°C (built in pre-freezing) using 5-layer stainless steel mini-tray, it is fast and convenient and is the product suitable to perform the experiment economically.

• If you select the large volume flask and portable stoppering device, stoppering, sterilization, sample temperature detection, etc. are possible

Application Description
Lyophilizer exclusively for organic solvent is used in the area drying the matters, which the freezing point of the solvent diluted is between -115°C and -95°C such as ethanol, methanol, nucleic acid, iso-octane, etc, directly without other pre-treatment process.
Especially, our chemical-free lyophilizer is the product used by the user most who experienced the experiment failure by the frequent failure of the vacuum pump and the organic solvent dispersion due to insufficient pre-freezing out of the users of -86°C class lyophilizer.
