Amylose tris(3-chloro-4-methylphenylcarbamate) coated on silica gel

CHIRALPAK® AZ-H/SFC and CHIRALPAK® AZ-3/SFC are polysaccharide derivative normal phase chiral columns with the surface of the silica gel coated with amylose tris(3-chloro-4-methylphenylcarbamate).

Solvents that may be used such as:
main mobile phase: CO2; auxiliary solvent: MeOH, EtOH, IPA, ACN (accounting for no more than 30%)
