Vectra® Alpha® 10 LT Dry Cleanroom Wipers, Non-Sterile

Vectra® Alpha® 10 LT dry cleanroom wiper is made from low titanium dioxide (TiO2) 100% polyester, processed on the automated cleaning system. The Vectra® Alpha® 10 LT is designed with a low level of titanium dioxide (TIO2), safe for processes that are affected by the presence of TIO2. Its sealed border technology allows for a more safe and thorough process in wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment and parts. Furthermore, The Vectra® Alpha® 10 LT is suitable in applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, residues, and other solutions including disinfectants.
Vectra® advances the cleaning process and brings this technology to a higher level of wiper manufacturing.

· Vectra® sealed border technology provides low levels of ions, NVRs (non-volatile residues), particles and fibers for use in critical cleaning applications and environments.
· Designed for use on abrasive surfaces.
· Excellent chemical resistance for compatibility with a varierty of solutions.
· Autoclave safe.

· Use where titanium dioxide may impact the process or product.
· Wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment and parts.
· Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, residues and other solutions including disinfectants.
· Cleaning with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA), ethanol, acetone, and degreasers.
· Lining trays for holding, protecting, drying and storing of parts, equipment and devices.
· Appropriate for use with temperatures less than 400°F (205°C).
