Product Description

TexWipe® and NuCotton® dry cleanroom wipers are made from 100% woven cotton material with a cut edge, and are cleanroom manufactured. The wipers are constructed from long staple 100% cotton yarn to reduce free floating fibers on the surface while still providing excellent wiping and cleaning. Minimizes cleanroom contamination with low-lint surface and edges protected by our ULP (Ultra-Low Particulate) treatment.

NuCotton® wipers have different performance and physical characteristics than TexWipe® wipers (see the Technical Data Sheet for details).

Specifications

Designed for use on abrasive surfaces. This wiper will not easily snag or abrade releasing particles and fibers into the process or environment
Bias-cut to minimize edge shedding and fraying

Applications

Application Description

· Cleaning, polishing and burnishing of surfaces and equipment.
· Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, residues and other solutions including disinfectants.
· Cleaning with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA), ethanol, acetone, and degreasers.
· Lining trays for holding, protecting, drying and storing of parts, equipment and devices.
· Handling hot items and protecting surfaces from elevated <700°F (<371°C) temperatures.
