ST Gas series pleated filter cartridge adopts bilayer hydrophobic PTFE membrane, absolute interception efficiency can be achieved for 3 nm, which can meet the gas filtration require-ments in microelectronics, with natural hydrophobicity, high flow rate and low pressure drop, ideally suited for fine filtration of point-of-use gas and process gas in LCD and semiconductor manufacturing process.
