Single-use Lyophilization Tray

The Single-use Lyophilization Tray is a new type of single-use lyophilization tray developed based on traditional lyophilizer usage scenarios and lyophilization process needs. It can be used in the same way as traditional trays and is compatible with most freeze-drying processes, which can greatly save cleaning time and validation costs. The unique material of light and thin, strong air permeability makes good contact between the sample and the plate layer, uniform heat transfer, effectively optimizing the lyophilization process and improving the working efficiency. The lyophilization tray is designed as a disposable container, utilizing the e-PTFE membrane principle. It has a good guarantee of sterility and at the same time can effectively prevent the products from flying and improve the product yield, which is widely used for high-end freeze-drying products.
