The PCR tubes have an ultra-thin and consistent wall thickness that allows efficient thermal transfer. They all f it standard 96-well blocks and feature an even insertion cap to ensure a tight f it to prevent evaporation. The 0.1 mL tubes have a semi-clear f inish to enhance fluorescence in applications such as real-time PCR, while the 0.2 mL tubes have a transparent design that provides excellent sample visibility.
