Sterile SteriPlast® disposable sampling scoops made of high-quality white polystyrene are manufactured under class 7 (ISO) cleanroom conditions, assembled, individually packaged and then sterilized with gamma rays to meet the highest cleanliness requirements.
Developed for the sensitive sampling of powders, granulates and pastes, the sampling scoop can be used for a wide range of materials.
The ergonomic design and the slightly rising front edge are particularly user-friendly, allowing the scoop to be deposited easily without loss of sample.
The disposable design means, among other things, that no post-treatment such as cleaning or sterilization is required, which saves time and resources and increases efficiency in laboratories and production facilities. The elimination of cleaning increases staff safety by minimizing exposure to potentially hazardous substances and eliminating the handling and cleaning of sharp or dirty reusable instruments.
The individual packaging ensures that each scoop remains sterile and contamination-free until the time of use. Disposable use eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between different samples or products. After single use, the scoops are disposed of, ensuring the integrity of the work process.
