The PRoBox allows for direct radiolabeling on active pharmaceutical ingredients under mild conditions using LED light sources through our advanced photoredox radiolabeling technology or your own photoinduced radiolabeling methods.

We are introducing the PRoBox, a cuttingedge photoredox reactor engineered to support radiopharmaceutical research and synthesis. With a validated working example on the synthesis of [18F] F-DOPA from 19F/18F conversion utilizing the F-DOPA precursor and 18F sources, this innovative reactor provides exceptional versatility and efficiency. Whether integrated with an automated synthesis module or operated independently, the PRoBox delivers reproducible results, benifiting radiolabeling research and manufacturing.
This reactor (Patent pending WO2020176804A1) opens doors to a myriad of photocatalyzed radiolabeling reactions, including C—H 18F-fluorination, SNAr 18Ffluorination, halogen/18F exchange 18F-fluorination, C—H 11Ccyanation, and de-methoxy 11Ccyanation.
