Application Description
· Waste Liquid Tank Overflow Stop Filter Negative pressure drainage waste collection bags/tanks are widely used in hospitals for waste liquid treatment systems. When the waste liquid collection system is working normally, the filter can ensure a continuous and stable airflow in the negative pressure system. Once in contact with liquid, the filter produces a self sealing effect, preventing liquid from overflowing, and avoiding contamination of negative pressure equipment and external environment. Good sealing, with a conventional water pressure resistance of 10kpa-100kpa, and can be customized for pressures >100kpa
· High work pressure, air pressure>50kPa
· Strict quality testing standards that comply with medical standards
· Blood/Infusion Stop Filter Adopting the "no water, breathable, water sealed" technology, it can be used for various blood collection/infusion devices. ESR test tube ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) is one of the routine clinical tests. In clinical practice, disposable ESR test tubes are used to detect the distance of red blood cell decline over a period of time, which serves as a diagnostic basis for various diseases. Arterial blood collection device During the clinical blood collection process, the filter can be combined with the arterial blood collector to simplify the blood collection process, quickly isolate the air, and prevent gas exchange between blood and air. Indwelling needle The filter, in conjunction with the retention needle, can achieve automatic exhaust. Infusion set The exhaust operation of conventional infusion sets is cumbersome and time-consuming, and the medication often splashes out, causing pollution to the ground. Exposure to drugs in the air, such as antibiotics, may cause issues such as increased bacterial resistance. The combination of the sintered filter and infusion set can greatly simplify the exhaust operation, with a one-time exhaust success rate of nearly 100%, and can effectively prevent the splashing of medication. Microfluidic chip The combination of sintered filter and microfluidic chip can achieve complex on-chip laboratory. This design allows the sample solution to sequentially fill all detection cells, enabling simultaneous detection of multiple indicators.
