Petri dish holders are available in 1mm anodized aluminum or 0.7mm stainless steel. The design includes a fold down stainless steel handle for transport and can optionally be fitted with an engraved label or label clip to identify the unit. Depending on the required specification, the base of the unit can be flat or inverted. Aluminium petri dish holders are available in a variety of colors including black. Red, gold, blue, and purple. The petri dish rack can be used to store a variety of different-sized petri dishes. The most popular design is the PT30 which can accommodate 30x 100mm plates, other varieties are also available such as PT45, hole 45, or PT60 which can accommodate 60x 55mm plates.
