P MINILAB Laboratory coating machine and production type coating machine adopt the same high and new technology, to ensure the production of various types of products, giving maximum flexibility, easy to scale up, highly automated machine, easy to operate and maintain.
Suitable for experimental and small batch production, because the interchangeability of the pan body(suitable for three types of pans) makes it can be applied to a wide range of batch production: 1L(0.25-1); 2L(0.5-2); 5L(1.5-5); 8L(2-8).
The basic structure:
• The patented PELLIGRINI impeller is used to achieve the best stirring effect after years of validation. Mixing performance and can be used in batches.
• The stirring paddle is fixed in the center of the pan body, which ensures small batch production, so a wide batch range can be operated in the same pan body: from 25% to 100% of the pan body volume.
• Airflow direction
The location and size of the exhaust pipe design ensures that the gas covers the same distance as it passes through the sheet bed, thus achieving a good and uniform drying compared to other perforated pans, while avoiding 25% energy loss.
• Exhaust duct
The exhaust device is easily removable and meets the strictest cGMP requirements.
• Injection system
