OTAL® disposable hand pump

OTAL® hand pump with disposable delivery tubes made of HDPE, for single use.
With OTAL® pumps, the medium to be filled only comes into contact with the delivery tube.
The disposable delivery tube can be replaced quickly and easily after use.
With commercially available reusable pumps, there is a risk that the liquid to be filled will be contaminated by the pump - especially if the pump is used for different media or containers and no professional cleaning is carried out before replacement.
The space-saving container pump is specially designed for single use, so time-consuming and costly cleaning is completely unnecessary and contamination is ruled out.
The delivery pipe of the filling pump is made of one piece and can be easily shortened to the respective container height using the cutter provided. This offers maximum flexibility and guarantees good residual emptying of the container. The outlet of the delivery tube can also be shortened if required.
Filling with OTAL® pumps works with airtight containers (drums, canisters, barrels or similar) with an opening Ø between 30 and 70 mm (1.18 and 2.76 in.). Due to the PVC universal plug, no thread connection and thus no determination of the container thread is necessary. Containers up to a height of 90 cm (35.43 in.) are emptied completely.
The disposable pump is ideal when special cleanliness is required, cleaning is difficult or not possible at all.

The OTAL® disposable hand pump is suitable for filling thin-bodied to low-viscosity liquids up to 500 mPas, e.g. acids, alkalis, cleaning agents, liquids in the food sector.
The pump is ideal for airtight containers up to approx. 60 liters (15.85 gal.).
