Micro Design High Pressure Reactor

The stainless steel high pressure reactor is a chemical reaction and stirring device designed for gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, or gas-liquid-solid systems. It primarily adopts a static sealing structure and utilizes a magnetic coupling to connect the agitator with the motor.

This non-contact torque transmission method replaces traditional dynamic seals with static seals, effectively solving the problem of leakage during stirring. As a result, the reactants and mixing components remain in a fully sealed state throughout the operation.

Due to these features, our small autoclave is especially suitable for stirring reactions involving flammable, explosive, toxic, precious, or highly penetrating media. It is an ideal leak-free reaction system for processes such as: vulcanization, fluorination, and oxidation.
