The Large Scale Droplet Production Systems provide a complete solution for scaling-up droplet, particles or emulsion manufacturing, allowing users to seamlessly produce large quantities of monodispersed droplets of various sizes.

The revolutionary high-throughput microfluidic system allows production of up to a tonne of highly monodisperse droplets. This modular, scalable, and highly flexible system removes the low throughput limitation of individual microfluidic chips, enabling litres of droplets or particles to be produced per day. The production rate is comparable to those achieved by traditional batch methods, but unlike batch method it also generates highly monodisperse droplets.: A variety of glass microfluidic chip parallel way to improve the production of micro-droplets, droplet particles controlled by 10-500 μm, CV<3%, 24 hours can produce up to 20L single emulsion Up to 4L.

Micro droplets have the advantages of small volume (nano liter, skin upgrading), no diffusion between liquid samples, stable reaction conditions and rapid mixing due to proper operation. chemical synthesis, protein crystallization, DNA amplification or blood analysis, food engineering, materials synthesis and drug development and other fields. Microfluidic chip analysis techniques, which are consistent in size with microdroplets, produce microdroplets that are directly controllable (a few micrometers to hundreds of micrometers) and have small droplets (1-3%) in diameter distribution and therefore became the most popular micro-droplet formation technology.
