ipBLACK™ track-etched membrane filters are converted from white track-etched membranes using an innovative and proprietary dyeing process.
Characterised by a low level of autofluorescence, lowering the interference with the fluorescent markers used in cytology, they are powerful for a direct observation and a reproducible detection and quantification of animal cells or micro-organisms.

• True black color with no background auto-fluorescence.
Other properties
• Options for grey color and PVP treatment (hydrophilic).
• Suitable for sterilisation (gamma-rays).
• Smooth and flat surface with a low non-specific absorption ensuring the capture of all micro-organisms in one plan (no micro-organism captured within the bulk filter).
