All buffers are prepared into concentrated mother liquor according to the concentration of 2 times or higher, and diluted with injection water according to the flow rate ratio as the target buffer without feedback adjustment of pH, conductivity and other parameters.
Adding a mixing pump (icon No. 3) to the mixing device improves the problems of uneven mixing and slow mixing speed of the static mixer, resulting in large fluctuation range and instability of the configured buffer
