The powder samplers are manufactured under class 7 (ISO) cleanroom conditions, assembled, individually packaged and then sterilized with gamma rays to meet the highest cleanliness requirements.
The individual packaging ensures that each sampler remains sterile and contamination-free until the time of use. Single use eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between different samples or products. After a single use, the zone sampler is disposed of, ensuring the integrity of the work process.
The PharmaDispo disposable powder sampler from is a world novelty and the first disposable multiple target point sampler that takes three separate target point samples with a single sampling.
The three separate sampling chambers of the PharmaDispo enable simultaneous sampling from different layers or zones. This allows for a differentiated examination of material composition across multiple layers, which is particularly beneficial when a single sample does not adequately characterize the material. Samples can be analyzed individually or combined into a representative composite sample.
Thanks to its sophisticated and ergonomic design, the sampler fits comfortably in the hand and sampling can be performed with one hand. A sliding mechanism with an end stop makes it easy to open and close the sampler.
The PharmaDispo sampler accurately and safely takes small powder samples for quality control from open containers.
