Apparatus for AOCS method Ca 9f-57, chromatographic procedure for neutral oil determination as published in the Journal of American Chemistry, May 1969. Designed by James Velasco of the USDA, the apparatus increases the efficiency and standardization of neutral oil determination by permitting automatic transfer of weighed oil samples into alumina columns and converting column operations to a semi-automatic level.
