CHIRALPAK® MA(+) is ligand exchange type column that can be used with aqueous solutions of copper sulfate. The column is designed for alpha amino acids and other acidic chiral molecules.

The suitable mobile phase is 0.1-2mM CuSO4 aqueous solution.
