Amylose tris (3-chloro-5-methylphenylcarbamate) immobilized to silica gel
CHIRALPAK® IG/SFC and CHIRALPAK® IG-3/SFC are solvent-resistant chiral columns with the surface of the silica gel bonded to amylose tris (3-chloro-5-methylphenylcarbamate).
Solvents that may be used such as:
main mobile phase: CO2; auxiliary solvent: Ethyl acetate, CH3Cl, THF, MTBE, n-Hexane, IPA, EtOH, H2O, IPA, MeOH (accounting for no more than 30%)
CHIRALPAK® IG/SFC and CHIRALPAK® IG-3/SFC are solvent-resistant chiral columns with the surface of the silica gel bonded to amylose tris (3-chloro-5-methylphenylcarbamate).
Solvents that may be used such as:
main mobile phase: CO2; auxiliary solvent: Ethyl acetate, CH3Cl, THF, MTBE, n-Hexane, IPA, EtOH, H2O, IPA, MeOH (accounting for no more than 30%)

Low solvent consumption : Environmental friendly. CO2 can be recycled.
Acidic behavior of CO2 : No additive such as TFA is required.
