Cainsters

Canisters are an effective way to store stemware in all types of liquid nitrogen and steam freezers. Canisters are made from anodized aluminum tubing for added strength. The bottom of the canisters is perforated to allow for air flow. Standard size canisters are available in 70mm or 75mm diameter and can be designed to any desired length.
All canisters come with stainless steel lifters for easy access and quick stemware removal with gloves on. There are two different riser designs, the 70mm diameter canisters can only use the basic riser, while the 75mm can use the segmented riser. The canisters are labeled to help identify them.
