Constructed of 316L (1.4404) stainless steel, the all-layer sampler offers excellent chemical resistance and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and cleaning agents.
The smooth surface of the stainless steel facilitates hygiene, cleaning and disinfection. The collector is easily autoclaved and flame sterilized, minimizing the risk of sample contamination.
Stainless steel is corrosion resistant, making it ideal for use in humid or aggressive environments such as those found in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
The sampler is extremely robust, even with intensive use or abrasive particles.
The all-layer sampler with open inner tube is the ideal sampler for taking all-layer or mixed samples from all types of bulk materials, from the finest powders to larger grains.
This zone sampler ensures representative sampling through all layers or zones of the sample material.
Obtaining a homogeneous and representative all-layer composite sample from heterogeneous material is critical, especially when the composition varies within the bin, silo or pile.
