When using a thermal cycler with the fluorescence detector above the samples, our white PCR plates effectively mutual interference between wells. The white PCR plate also allows for high accuracy of detection when signal intensity is low, while our clear PCR plates are designed for PCR machines where the fluorescence detector is located below the sample plate.
