        • Application Description
          This kit is used for in vitro gene knockout experiments in human eukaryotic cells. It employs multiple chemically synthesized and modified single-stranded guide RNAs (sgRNAs) to target genes and uses ribonucleoprotein complexes (Cas9-gRNA ribonucleoproteins, RNPs) to knock out the gene. After RNPS transfection of cells, the cleavage occurs in the early exons of the target gene, causing fragment loss or frameshift mutations, achieving efficient and rapid gene knockout.
