Background

BCRP, an ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter protein
24 or 96 transwell insert plates cultured with 12 days differentiated BCRP-overexpressing MDCKII cells. BCRP is a high-capacity efflux transporter with broad substrate specificity. It is located in the apical cell membrane of barrier tissues and excretory organs.

We recommend acquiring this product together with the MDCKII Cell Culture Medium and the Protein Expression Medium to ensure optimal performance and reproducibility.
