    These 1-Step RT-qPCR kits are powered by a synergistic blend of proprietary enzymes and optimized buffers:

    • Thermostable Reverse Transcriptase & RNase Protection: Features an engineered MMuLV reverse transcriptase that remains highly active and thermostable up to 55°C. This allows for the efficient processing of complex, secondary structure-rich, or long RNA templates. An advanced RNase Inhibitor is integrated to safeguard target RNA integrity from enzymatic degradation.
    • Small-Molecule Hot Start Technology: Amplification is driven by a proprietary Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase. Enzyme activity is strictly inhibited at room temperature via a small molecular inhibitor and is only activated upon initial heating. This completely prevents non-specific amplification and primer-dimer formation, ensuring zero background noise.
    • Broad Instrument Compatibility: To accommodate the diverse thermal cycler platforms used across research core facilities, our master mixes are available in No ROX, Low ROX, and High ROX formulations. Nuclease-free PCR Water is included in all kits to guarantee optimal reaction conditions.

    4X 1-Step RT-qPCR Probe Kits

    4X 1-Step RT-qPCR Probe Kits are designed for a sensitive detection of specific RNAs, including viral RNA, in diluted high-volume samples. They combine a robust 4X qPCR mix with a 20X blend of thermostable Reverse Transcriptase and RNase Inhibitor. This formulation allows for a high sample input volume with a reliable outcome of a single step RT-qPCR when working with low copy number samples below 5 copies per reaction. 4X 1-Step RT-qPCR Probe Kits ensure robust performance of both reverse transcription and qPCR reactions, which allows for the highest sensitivity viral RNA detection under fast qPCR cycling conditions.
